Did Nekro's shield get a nerf?

After the first 4 seconds I notice that the shield no longer stops me from getting snared, in pvp for example the umbral/lurid bow's proc will snare me. I thought it was only the speed boost that would be gone!

Basicly the shield only protect u from stun/panic or freeze, not from movement slow, only the first 5sec speed give u immunity from movement slow. It's normal
