bought mistake, sts help

Good evening, I wanted to ask a question, yesterday mistakenly bought a "nomerite ingot" with my orc tag, the problem is that I do not need the ingot because I complete the mission long ago, if anyone knows any way to get my new tag would appreciate :)

I did thr same thing as month ago. Just email them and wait a few days. They'll reverse it for you

Guess they wont refund you for buying items by mistake as a fact you have bought it using tokens [never heard of refunding tokens] so, they might or might not refund you.
Anyhow, try sending an E-mail with a detailed report of it to:-

Same kinda thing happened when I was poor and was trying endgame. I was at planner tombs and was looking through the store there and accidentally bought the 250k mythic thing.
