Q: Dex/Str Skill Damage Gain

A dex bear at level 35 with 94/85 str/dex has 1-2 damage more than one with 91/88 str/dex.

Not sure how to word this clearly, but does the base damage dex adds help more than the skill damage str adds?

if i understand your question yeah dex will add to skill damage. just not as much as str will

I think just talking about proportion of attributes to skill damage, str will add more.

But since dex also adds more base damage, dex adds more than strength does in terms of skill damage, unfortunately.

Look at Wallace's guide and his builds as pure str or pure dex, the pure dex adds more skill damage.

Thanks Elly, that's exactly what I was looking for. :)

@the cake, even tho your main stat is supposed to give extra skill damage, dex's base damage contributed to the skill damage outweighs it.

Complete shocker to me. May want another respec.
