Does insignia nd tooth drop depends on lepre???

guys...we all know leprechaun/jack hellow pendant gives 15% luck,ie, gives 3/20 more chance to get reroll for better loot.But,my I freind told me that lepre affects the drop rate of insignia & tooth also.He told me that when lepre rerolls it reduces the drop like teeth/insignia as lepre gives chance to get locked.

I am really confused!!!

Plz guys comment.Nd tell does tooth/insignia drop dpends on lepre or not.Nd plz tell that if lepre reduces the drop rate or not!!!

The drops are random
Lepre or luck elixer can't get u teeth or insignia's as they are not rerolled
And I don't thnk when lepre rerolls it reduces the chances....i mostly get teeth when I reroll

Dragkin teeth/jewels/runes/insignias have their own drop table and are not affected by reroll (leprechaun amulet, elixirs, egg shelled ring proc). So of course wearing lep doesn't reduce your chances at looting them.
