L50/51 Bear help

I'm trying to make a bear lvl 50. But I'm not sure if L51 is better. I have Cyber Talon and blaster set, Mystery bow set and L51 dex RR/SK items because I also pvp bird and mage L51. I have 500k to spend on this.

Should I make lvl 50 with 115str rest dex
Rift sets, Dex sets

or

lvl 50 full dex

or

lvl 51 hybrid with Royal sewer+Fury Fighter?

Please help me with builds, gears and tips.

skills should be simple 4/5/6 beck 2/3/4 stomp then 6 sms cb taunt evade rage hs ib 1 vs and crip

As long as you don't add to the growing number of level 52 fanboy of fleshdrill bears then anything is good

Oh yeah I can add that sword behr is a lot more fun and more "skillfull" then bow behrs. And if you can try to get a reaper :D
