Finally dropped some cash for platinum and I am slightly hesitant to unlock the arena maps / CTF. Is pvp active? Are there level ranges that are more active or can I safely take a max level character and get alot of games? 3v3 arena and CTF if active would be so freaking awesome.

They're always a game or two open there, with many more closed. I got them and don't regret it one bit.

The pvp is pretty fun. But the maps are so expensive relative to other content in the game. I might lurk in this forum for a bit till I hit level cap and then pick them up then.
