It's known that 1 or 2 are bugged and misfunctional,but I constantly see new are posted like bug, so first I would like ask for certain which one are really bugged except passive damage, whoever they are though should be definitely fixed

They aren't bugged, it's just that the de-buff/buff system works in this way:
Debuff overrides the buff --> 5% Armor buff + (-15% armor De-Buff) = -20% armor debuff
For buffs, a 10% DMG buff < 15% buff. ----> Only the highest buff is applied, some buffs stacks (exceptional).

So having a 5/5 passive armor on rogue for pvp is no help? And the buffs are those that pet grants on title or his aa or both?

Armor passive is useful
More armor = Less crit u got.

Correct on both. Just avoid armor passive if you pvp and completely avoid damage passive.

Passives that can be debuffed/overriden/whatever are no passives at all.

Biggest armor passive works
Ex. You have 5/5 armor passive (5%) and you have a pet that's gives 6% armor it will ignore the lower number (passive 5%) and only take account the 6% from your pet

It works, just in pvp where u have warriors' axe through, rogues' aimed shot and practically every usable pet decreasing your armour by 15% or more, the armour passive doesnt help u much. Due to the innately flawed mechanic of how buffs and debuffs work once the 15%-25% armour debuff is applied u automatically lose the 5% from the passive and an additional 12%-25% of the remaining armor.
