Why can't we review the case we opened? Or is there no "case" at all?
Im having troubles with support too, many time no answer.

I had the same issue. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and they don't bother to tell you "yes" or "no" or offer an explanation. They just ignore it seems

I also wanted to report a glitch about how free elix expires untimely if u have a previous elix of the same kind with a few secs left on the clock. Seems the paid elix has higher priority and when it expires, so does the free one (same kind).
Shame that we can only report here in forum now. Well, maybe more ppl can pay attention to this kind of stuff and this "no case" problem might just end as an upside for us all.
