Well I did the quest and turned in but all he says is next quest tommorow blah blah blah and it doesnt have a store place in plat shop how to get?

I could have sworn you bought it in the vanity section of the plat shop...

Edit: Go to trader Hearst in the Sand Caves and click 'Go To Store'. There you can purchase the mask.

Do 4/5 quests in SSC, they a guy there will sell it to you for 5 plat.

as well as the worshipper quest from the trader you must complete all the quests for killing each golem boss, then you can get the mask from the trader.
