You do not mention hybrids, eg. a pally would want a FF set.

I assume you're talking pures.

for warrior, it's debated: A mix of fury/royal vs. fortified. IMO, fury/royal mix for PvP and Fort for PvE. Preference tho.

For Birds, custom set destroys normal RR

For Enchantresses, it's also debated. Most think Ench for FFA in pvp and MM for one vs. one.

You also don't mention whether the two/one handed stuff. I don't think they're a 'best' set, but there are 'best' sets for each situation.
