Pleased fix or tell me what to do

I have runing the awaken boss, but have problem with looting, i cant get reward from northal no one :(
I have kill him in many time, everyone get their reward, get chest ,get green thing, get orc hair and more,
But i didnt loot anything :(
My elixir and lepre reroll but didnt get any item, no green and no white item,
Pleased tell me what to do officer,
Answer it fast because the boss awaken in few hours :(

Get 3 orc hair 6 orc armor and 4 green item for 48 run?
Do u think that bad luck problem?
Where my 35 item reroll reward?
And that realy not a boss drop just like mob drop

There is a northal loot bug. We hope STS will fix soon.
