Reconsider Cornucopia Harvest Horn as tradeable.

Its the first official back vanity, IMO it doesnt have to be binded as exclusivity, STS should let us enjoy this 1st one then make following vanity as plat accound bound exclusive.

I bet people wants it but no plat to spend, but the gold kept is ready.
Will be highly merchable for those plat spenders. (250-500k)
Also please add falling leaves effect doesnt have to be grand, subtle is fine as long as its there.

It's account bound. You can loot tradable ones from the new horn thingy craftable chests. Your idea is like making bound arlorian rings tradable.
