I did leveling in Plasma Pyramid! from lv forty something to lv 47, and I'm doing it in Crush the Keeper!
Which is the best leveling map for lv 53+ or which maps for the others levels? It there anyone did a list for that?

53+ requires Sewer

for 53+ first 3 maps of Sewers are good.

Just the first map is good for pure lvling "Bandit Boy Hideout" It's the easiest to clear and it doesn't have as many grates and offers the best exp.

Agree; Hideout is the 50+ Crush The Keeper map. Stronghold maybe better, but full of fire traps and enemies comes in bunches, easy to die with a random group. Catacombs/Roach Motel enemies are tough. Swill Pitz mobs are easy, but there is a lot of fire grates.
