I was farming harvest event for hours and when I tried to purchase platinum, the app crashed on my iPad and won't open anymore... I tried deleting AL and reinstalling, restarting my iPad, even reset my entire iPad and AL STILL won't open! I can play it on other devices no problem but when I try to open it on my iPad it blinks and shuts down again... Apple says to contact the app developer... I can copy paste crash log upon request... Please help as my iPad is my primary device. Also, I'm afraid to purchase plat cuz this can happen....

Ty, isn't it support@spacetimestudios.com? I emailed that one and haven't heard back... Meantime I can't play the new event on my iPad :( sux

So I had to spend a few hours w Apple tech support but we figured it out:
I had to restore my iPad back to manufacturer settings and then install the app BEFORE applying the back up..
Not sure why this happened to begin with but in case anyone else runs into this problem, restoring the device worked for me! :)
