I don't think their is many at all but I have a 43 is more active
I tried it while levelling my rogue... every single map is filled with a particular guild of 41-43s who don't know how to 1v1. Gang gang gang is all I can say (but most levels usually have at least one person who accepts a 1v1 o.o). Quit that bracket and I am happy I did.
