Does the Thoth set that is lvl 45 have a set bonus?

I am thinking about getting the Thoth set that is lvl 45 and I was just wondering in it had a set bonus?

no set bonuses (SPARKLES) until lvl 50 (EXCEPTION: CRYSTALLINE, ONYX AND EARTHQUAKE SSC PINKS HAVE A SET BONUS AT LVL 25)

then no more sets until level 55, which is too many to count :/

There are also three sets at level 35:

Swamp Rat Set:
Swamp Rat's Dead-Eye Derby, Swamp Rat's Croc Scale Leather, Swamp Rat's Swampy Shiv, Swamp Rat's Blackbird Wing +5% Crit, +5 Damage, +5 Armor

Voodoo Master Set:
Mamboza's Voodoo Master Helm, Zombie's Voodoo Master Robe, Copperhead's Voodoo Master Staff +5 M/s, +10 Damage

Copperhead Set:
