Is there a way no one can join a pvp match but my friends? we have enough people where it will fill the whole pvp match but when we attempt to make the match random people join in.. we have enough for tdm and ctf.. someone help! thanks.

Pure randomness. Tell your friends to mash join button on a clean room

In CTF if you flag to 4-4 randoms can't join, but that's about it.
