I'm a 52 Pally.

Thinking to change to full int or int/dex.

But I really don't want to waste respec.

If I go full int, compared to int/dex,

Hit % drop, Cric drop, mp regen inc, and skill dmg inc.

But I think there aren't much significant difference in skill dmg.

And I dont think mp regen is gonna be a huge problem.

But Hit%.. My pally's hit % is 111ish But I miss here and there.

I don't know how below 100 hit rate will do anything..

And inc in cric rate is always good.

maybe I should give dex just enough to get considerable amount of hit %?

But then again.. How much hit% is good enough?

Give me some suggestions.

Pally at 55 with full fury and 139/139 is 79 hit. Feels like 40%..

Full int with the MM Bracer set is 99%, and with the staff set is 98%.

My dual 139/140 dex/int has a 106% hit with the MM staff set.

EDIT: Also, hit percent seems to be capped around 85, anything higher doesnt help much except when you become debuffed with blinding shot/proc.

Really? wow.. no wonder I miss so often even with good hit%..

Then birds with 130+ hit % are pretty much useless?

Maybe decrease chance of enemy dodging?

Well, the recurves proc A LOT, so it's not unusual for my Pally's hit percent to go from 79 down to -30. Decreasing the chance of dodging was proven wrong, I think.

EDIt: BTW, all my sources are Phys.

It depends on your level and your gear really. But even with gear that doesn't boost hit%, good enough that you are well over the hit cap at the upper levels, although you will feel the effects of a debuff in PvP. So yes, bird uber high hit% is somewhat wasted in PvE, although useful in that you are still at the hit cap when debuff in PvP. High hit does not decrease enemy dodge chance - dodge is independent of hit%.

Edit: If you are already 100%+ hit, you're not going to see any benefits from a respec or changing your gear. If you want, I can show you a picture of a pure int hit%, but that's about it.
