Rammington's arcane ability?

I heard rammington's arcane ability does some 'chain' thing, and it stuns. Does it stun everyone in the chain? And does it stun 100% of the time? Thx-

So far it only stuns mobs in the chain and applies bleed. doesn't seem to be 100% but high percentage and doesnt stun the big mobs and bosses but mine isn't capped yet so it could end up 100% and or stuns big mobs and bosses

Ok, thanks guys, so the stun doesn't always work, but it works most of the time

They cant do that, kids would cry. Breeze used to be good like that, but kids complained cuz they were to lazy to farm 1m and buy it (they said its for rich people only, when some of them had a 20m sam lol.). So sts nerfed it and now its useless.
