This can happen if some of the patch files in the cache were deleted but others weren't. Either clearing the cache or reinstalling should fix it.

Thanks for the info i just logged out and back in and the app re patched and it was ok.
But i still get the problem of patching everytime i open the game and i have lots of phone space left.
