My friend invited me to his game but I wanted to use my archer...he is not a friend on archer and I could not join him. I knew the password but even after I put in the password there was no join button...

Figured out what the issue was...I hadnt unlocked it on my character. I did not check to look at that because in the past if I had unlocked it with one of my characters the map was usually open to all my characters. Sorry for the false alarm
