You're not the only one who sends messages to support. They have to take care of the cases of thousands of players from 8 different games everyday... Give them 5 work days

2-7 days time you should get a response in theory but then again it can take longer or less it just varies

Emailed support 4 days ago. Still no response. My guess is 5 - 10 days.
