How do you find out what zone you are in?

I was just wondering how you find out what instance you are currently in (i.e. "2: A Frozen Secret!"). For example, if you zone in to an area through your quest log, how can you find the title of the place you are in so you know what zone to join if you're looking for more players. I remember once I saw it displayed in the bottom left corner but I don't know how that happened. I hope this makes sense. Thanks!

It only shows up when your map is showing too. If you click the map in the bottom center of your screen, you'll see the arrows that represent players, NPC's, and enemies. You'll also see the shape of the map and its name. Unclick it to hide all the information.
