because apple tech sucks somn happend to my ipod, i tryd to restore it via settings menu now its stuck on the dam apple thing like when u turn it on or off it turns off for a second every now and again the comes back on so till this stops il be gone from pl
if you know anything that could help me pls let me know on this post thanks

i doubt it will ever fix :( but try holding the screenshot buttons that worked for me when i had the white screen of death

Apple tech does not suck, it's just some peoples hands grow from their butt -_-
I say restore it via iTunes, but not right now... Apple have some sort of trouble with activating devices.
Also NEVER restore a jailbroken iPod/iPhone/iPad from the settings menu!

Plug it into your Mac while 1. it is turned off and 2. iTunes is on. Then hold down the Home button. This is supposed to put an iPad into recovery mode. Hopefully it works for your iPod, too.
