How can i take screenshots while playing PL!!??i asked some guys some rold me to press some buttons that do not exist on my phone--->(htc desire) and some other guys told that i have to root my phone!so do i have ro root it? Pls reply :)ty

Easy in iDevice (iPhone/iPad) but more difficult on Android.

With iDevice just briefly press both the home and power buttons quickly at the same time, this saves an image to your device, which can then but moved onto an web photo service (eg Photobucket) using any of the numerous apps.

For android.... Its difficult, because i believe you have to "root" your phone, which would invalidate your warranty. If you're still interested check out google. search for 'android phone screen capture'. Be very careful though, I think there may possibly be a risk of damaging the phone involved. I'm sure someone else will be able to confirm this.

Yeah android needs to be rooted. Not a majorly difficult thing to do.

If you do it, the app you want is called shoot me, pretty much shake the phone and it takes a screen shot.

You can use ddms is you have the android-sdk installed
or
you can also install applications like shootme from the market. These are free.
If you have gingerbread (the HTC desire has an official 2.3 release - if you haven't got the OTA yet, you can install the leak), you don't need root.

thank you for the help guys !!finally i have to root my phone beacause all the apps i tried need root!!and my phone isnt one of the some phones that don't need root to use this apps!!unfotunately its an other htc:( i wanna ask something else : does rooting your phone includes any dangers??cause i heard from some people tha the devise could go high tempreture and blow up and something like that!!!----please let me know-----

Lol I dont know about it blowing up but i heard that it takes away the warranty, kindof like when you jailbreak an I-Device.

It won't blow up, but some people overclock their cpus.
Since some of these as well are amateurs, they use unsafe voltages which overheat the cpu core. That's all there is to it.
If you use a custom rom, be sure to use one from a chef who has enough rep.

You can always return your device to stock-state by flashing a stock HTC rom on it.
