Maxed out Level 41 vs. Level 46 in New Myth Set

Who would win in a one on one pvp battle?

A) A maxed out level 41 player

or

B) A player using the new myth set and all level 46 gear

I think the level 41 rogue and mage would win. Not sure about the war.

Everyone is always so caught up about stats, but I think that many of you are going to find that the level 46 mythic skill bonus is very OP. It may not look so from the stat screen, but stats don't always tell the whole story. It's just like how some pets have a great AA.
