Really Dissapointed,

I purchased the Archers Forest Leather Pack and did not get anything. I had a reciept for it, but had no items. I then purchased again, because usually, if you buy something, it lets you do it again for free.... Very dissappointed. I have the reciepts, and I am not happy. Any chance of a refund?
I really needed that money for new campaigns.
