Since only 1 shatter, 0 med, and 5 avian is needed that's 1/9, 0/9, and 5/9 or 6/27 which leaves 21 left over.
108 - 21 = 87.

You actually don't need 9 blind since it only increases dmg so 86 needed to be "max"
