As the title says Where is the best place to loot energy essence because I don't drop them a lot.

They drop rate is low.
Well try wt4 or km3

Get luck lix and grind KM3. You will get 20ish essences per hour, depending on how fast you run.
If you hate trash essences, try Rengol (end game). I did not find any good place for 5-15. I can't get to wt4 on level 5 due to some unknown reason anyway.

I got 26x energy essences in KM3 / one 1 hour and 30 minutes
