Where are the Elite helmets and Wands?

Yeah i was wondering the same thing. It seems like all sets are incomplete by atleast 1 part. The helmets for sure. It would be nice if they released a list of all the droppable elites

I'm curious as to why Cinco decided to make dex weapons drop way more often than any other type.

str & int weps along with all kinda helms specially dex are pretty rare but I have farmed overlord tday, saw some str weps to drop shadow hex s, elite plasma axe
