It only takes about 3 seconds to load the thread I want to open, which is why I said it's just a tiny bit slow. Bearable like all new things coming out of STS. I don't mean that in a bad way. This is definitely a positive step forward.

Question about the feed: does it refresh by itself with every new post or do I have to select "newest" everytime to see new most recent posts?

And I think blogs would be okay to utilize since you're putting forward functions of the forums.

Taptalk is a paid app and not al of us are allowed paid apps. Besides, the sites that give the "Android native" popup are really annoying when they do that on every visit! :(

Anyway I just tried it. I would like to be able to stay loged in and have it save my info. Only way to do that now is to force it closed instead of the Back key. Would also be nice to be able to see user posted images and not have all the posts from all forums jumbled together on the app. Can we filter by forum section? Like if I choose Android I only see posts from Android section.

It needs work but it's a good start. :)

I like the graphics and the reaction time.

Some missing: Chatbox? List of users online? New Posts? Remember Username/Password?

Still love the look and feel of the app! When I try to edit an old post, or reply to thread I get:
Unknown error. Error code redirect_vsafrules_accept_post.
And no "submit button".

Edit: Sorry, works now. Seems it was temporary. How about a "delete post" option/button?
(And maybe a refresh-button?)

BB-quotes is almost shown properly when viewing single post (you see the quote frame but not the name of the person quoted), but when viewing thread you just see the bb code.
Also (as u may notice in this post) it seems to put a : between name & post id, instead of a ;
Don't know about other bb codes.

Not really an important issue, but right now when looking at this thread with 21? posts:
When I'm on the first page and click on the number 2 to go to the 2nd page. The 2 lights up, but it quickly switches back to the 1. And it doesnt automatically scroll all the way to 2nd page - only displays half of the 1st post on the 2nd page.
Am I making sense? As I said, not a major issue. Just looks a bit wierd, thought u might want to know.
Edit: now that I added this post. It goes to the second page as it should. Maybe it's when there's only one post on that page.

I love this app but I cant add pics or sigs or add friends or look at my sent messages but its way awsome and one click away when I wanna chat on the forum thnx

Maybe I'm missing something, but this app just brings up a few threads, and doesn't have an option to look by category. I can only view top, newest, and subscribed. It's useless for me if I can't just browse the forums with it. If I can do that, though, I love the idea.

Press menu on your phone. Select forum in the popup menu. That should do it :-)
