Dev incentives -post what you would give the devs to get them to work better?

We all give them incentive by being a loyal player and enjoying the game its kinda like watching your children open thier christmas presants its that good feeling.

You want funny in a sad it will never happen sort of way? I'm pretty sure we are not allowed to post the word on the forum, but at least for the male devs (Are any of the known STS devs women?), I'm sure they'd work better if somebody offered to take them to that restaurant where waitresses go around with no tops on. In case you can't figure it out, add -ers to the end of the sound an Owl makes. Really I'm trying to be lighthearted, please don't ban me. :(
