I recently found out that new 80 cap was released. just wondering if I get the 3pc for lvling up my 77 with 2 pc to lvl 80.

yes, you can proudly state that, that is the first cap youve every capped

yes there is only a wing for capping on 80 and there is no 3pc or else there won't be any value of 3pc over 2pc.
