Can't ignore Machomico-fnord

I don't know if it's a product of the "-fnord" feature, but I can't seen to stop Machomico-fnord's selling spam.

Even in an instance, he comes in and spams sales.

Please enable a fully effective ignore or maybe an easier "report" button.

I have the same problem, with the same person. Not a major issue, but it is mildly irritating.
