The giveaway is that they say "you will have to make a new account to keep playing" if they ban you.
If STS bans you, they ban your device, and making another account to get around the ban is against ToS. Pretty good effort though.

I have same problem and i know why.You participated in the contest "NEKRO GIVE WAY" next you received a message "YOU WON" and this scammer ask what is you email and few min later you received an STS email :)

Why would you give email for anything, esp a giveaway? For item, all they need is IGN.
If you must give email, there's an infinite number of dummy emails you can create easily and quickly and use without it being remotely linked to your real self.
