How do i get pl on Android HTC HERO

i looked it up and i didnt see it there why is this

what version of android os is it ?
pl requires 2.1 and up
if its not in the market the phone doesnt support it

edit. just looked it up htc hero is os 1.5 cupcake so thats why you cant get it sorry dude.
i dont know if there is an update for the android os rom on that phone just search htc android 2.1 update or if you want more upto date go 2.3

I havent been able to get PL running on a HTC hero. As a requirement, PL needs OpenGLes version 1.1. You can install this on the HTC hero but...I still doesnt work. I just think it's a case of that the hardware doesnt support the software. I tried to get this working for about 3months. so if you can get it working your a better man than I lol. I have tried the same software upgrade paths on two other android phone and have got a good result (gameplay was still a little sluggish). Id advise that you need a higher spec Android phone to run PL. it runs beatifully on a HTC Desire HD :)

note that the current Android version is 2.1 but you can install a custom ROM to bump you up to 2.3 although if your not technically savvy I wouldn't advise it.
