With drop rate so low and and only few oranges/green drop, how am I supposed to purchase a good set while grinding to 56. I need encouragement :p

All you can do is wait for a drop really. I recommend Hideout or Catacombs because of good exp and good drops (not rates). Drop rates are bad, I know, but you just have to keep at it. Good luck!

i was messin around with some friends and joined a hideout game for a quick boss kill and got ff plate first try :) well, then my bad luck got to me again. its hard to keep up i know but you just have to have something to go for

I played all weekend in the sewers and not only did I not win a pink I didn't even see one drop nor a recipe.
Have they changed the drop rate because I don't remember it being this ridiculous.
Now the sandstone caves I won 12 pinks worth $230,000.
But it just seems like every update something is taken away.
And I'm sure some of you will say I won this and I won that but when you look at the total scheme of things more people are not getting them then are. I guess that's why they are extremely rare:banana:
I'm not trolling but it's to the point I don't care who wins it as long as somebody gets one just so I know they still drop,lol
I need some things and the prices for level 55's are ridiculous.
How do you guys and gals feel?

I have the same problem. I used to make a good bit of money in ao3 selling all the drops. Now that i'm in sewers I hardly get any drops :(.

Just don't play a while then do a run. Works for me everytime. I didn't do a run for a over a week, first run I get a custom leather recipe that sold for over 700k. Yesterday I did a run after the same time of not playing, and get a fortified chest recipe

I did about 350 runs on my bear getting to 56. I got a Sewer Plate on run #2, then nothing for the next 348 runs.

Then I got three in one day the day after I hit 56.

Sounds like it is still the same. Pinks seem to come in bunches or go long stretches without any....but in the end it generally averages out.

This has been about my experience. I have done close to 400 runs in the sewers and received 3 pinks, two of which were worth a lot. I got a custom leather recipe, a sewer cowl and a ff shield. I am a little over 1/2 way to 56 now. I saw Drusila drop a fortified plate recipe this weekend (not for me), but it was otherwise dry.

I did close to 300 runs over the weekend. Got 2 pinks, and a recipe. Just stick with it. They'll drop.

Some of the daily quest rewards sell for a fair amount of gold and the quests don't take much work. It seems like you can make 30-40k a day just from these quests. It's obviously doesn't give the instant gratification of a custom recurve recipe drop but it provides a steady income while you are waiting for your luck to change.

Drop rates definately feel low right now. It also seems like the Pink Fairy is having a clearance on Cowls/Helms when pinks do drop...but I guess cheap pink beats no pink right? :(

I take the attitude that the current max level campaign is for leveling and I farm other places for sellable items.

Feels off? Haha I have my own little way to get a lot more pinks for drops to me:)
I'm not sharing it though and it's totally legit, no hacks

And without this method I get pinks once every 2 days, and I THOUGHT I WAS THE UNLUCKY ONE:)
