its about the layout of certain devices...like on android...i think...the layout is beautiful and has all these borders around your spells and stuff...why doesnt itouch have that???

The only one that looks different is the iPad version. I have both Android and iPod touch. Both ui's look the same. The iPad has the nice added borders I believe.
