If I was to buy a full para Elon would the para bonus stack

The first para gives you an additional bonus, that won't stack(hence the first).
The damage from the rest of the paras on your set will add up but the damage from the second, third and onwards para gem will be less than the first para gem. Yes damage will stack but not the bonus one received from first para gem.
