already a week passed still didn't received mail saying confirmation of ticket.

I wrote that:
I never got help from the support too.. My old account got banned long time ago because i harassed one scammer who insult me and my family lol and i got banned too and i wrote many many email to the support (60+ emails) and they no care.. They no care about the players.. They no answer me or one BOT Chad bot sent me the same spam message.. So this is very sad.. I read in the Terms&Servicr that they can easy unlock my old account banned Xmephistox i very hate that i never got help when i wanted to geg help for something other problem then same.. I got one spam message more times.. -.-" or if they no unban my account then they can transfer my vanities easy to my other account but they never care the players
