I've recently submitted a ticket to the support website, and it has been 3 days since I sent and no reply. Please fix this? I can't keep waiting for this.

One more thing. When I login to my email address, it would ask me to add in an email. When I added in the email, verified it. It still won't let me in. Poor service.

Fix this as soon as possible, ty.

I'm assuming you mean as in log into your email (and not AL account),
Make sure your IP address is the same as the one you use to usually log in.
Google and many other email services have a system in place that if someone takes your
email info, and tries to login from a different device from another country (includes VPNs),
The email service will ask for security information.

So concluding this, make sure your IP is the same as the IP you usually use.
(i.e. make sure you are on the same wifi network as the device you usually log in with)
