I have one question. Can an enchantress, by themselves, do terror and if so how

I don't believe so. Bears can and birds also can. Tested it in lv 25 pvp.

When brooke or celestinax enter a pvp room "terror" is the feeling all the others have in the room.

Thats funny cause I saw a friend do terror constantly or and he was a mage like me. We were the only ones in the room

There is a difference between terror and weakness/nightmare. Weakness and nightmare have effects similar to those of terror, but terror is a combo of both. You can see when terror is in effect when you see shadows coming from the target and you hear screaming.

The gemstone wands have a proc, it causes a combo and cool scream. Just auto attack and use weakness.

That's the proc called "Drained". It looks very similar to "Terror" :).
