Anyone know how I can get my plat offers to work? Or do I have to contact STS?

Contact the offer provider (i.e. Nativex (https://nativex.com/contact/contact-us/) or TrialPlay (https://www.trialpay.com/social-support/)) if your offers aren't getting through.
