Serious problem, already e mailed Devs about it! Just a warning now!!!
Okay I was selling fortified gem battle sword for 180k, woundedeagle and I were trading it because he was going to buy. We got to the confirm screen and once out it gave him the sword, and instead of me gaining 180k I LOST 180k!!!! I have no idea what happened, he couldn't have hacked it or anything thats impossible!!! Has this ever happened to anyone?? I'm nervous I won't get my 180k

Oh yeah I saw Wounded talking about it in Towne. The devs should be able to resolve it.

Nothing is impossible, but as a mobile game, it would be very difficult.

Red you don't have to do that. I'm sure the Devs will fix it, and wounded wouldn't hack me, I've know him forever.

Devs don't give back gold. Only thing they'll refund is platinum. Most they'll do is ban him. If you've known him forever, why don't you ask for it back? Sorry to hear that though man.

No it isn't but to me is it..... And it was a glitch, not a HACK and Devs please look into this situation.

Strange issue but why not just do a second trade just for the gold you are owed? If anything this bug could force people to use the cs to trade with people they know and actually use the cs. Not really a bad thing IMO

That really stinks, sorry for your loss, but it might be karma. Hopefully the developers can refund you the money.

I thought mystic said the Devs wouldn't refund gold, and @ kraze, he lost his 180k with buying it, I just didn't receive it.

Parth, I swear I've seen dozens of people randomly complain in town about this same problem. I don't think it would be intentional if STS was doing this, but I'd also want them to look into it.

That's usually the people with max gold though. Although, now that I think about it. Not many people have max gold. I think what happens is, when they reach to hit the message button to tell them to price, what happens is they accidentally hit the coin button and enter the gold value without them realizing it.

Everything can be hacked. What makes PL a lot harder to hack is that you would have to hack the server and somehow write code giving you "hack result" and not everyone else. It is much easier to hack a software on your local machine because you can do a lot of experimentation offline and modify the code at will. Doing so on the server is a bigger challenge but certainly not impossible. On the other hand the effort required likely outweighs possible gains... especially that platinum is non trade-able so no RL monetary motivations behind it.
