PvP In-game Notice Board?

I was wondering if some sort of in-game (in Towne) noticeboard for ppl to post details about when they want to/intend to get a PvP game going and see if they get any takers for a convenient time:

1. When
2. Which Map & number 3/5
3. What levels would suit them
4. How good they think they are at PvP (noob to ninja!) so a reasonable match-up can be made.

4. A place for players to reply (time-stamped) if they are interested and how many games they would like, so when people log back in, they can see if a realistic game can get going?

5. Maybe some feedback/grading so ppl of similar levels/ability can match-up more easily?

Would this help organise PvP games? :eek:

I think that it sounds like a good idea on paper, however I think that it would not be used and PvP games would just start the way they do now. Just my opinion though
