how come devs have gold..well since their the devs cant they just make the items appear in their inventory lol its just a thought i had anybody else curious?

I suppose the devs use gold to test out certain things that are added in game that involve the use of gold.
like if they put in a new npc that sells items they may need to test the functionality for example
