If you wanna do Rengol, you'll need to spend about 3m of the 6m budget on a nekro so you don't get stunned to death. With the remaining 3m, buy a gun and armor/helm/ring/ammy.

2m for willpower or reason gun.
2m for arcane ring.
1.5m for pet (maridos, toor or others... but I like toor)
500k for mythic belt.
Use legendary armor, helm, pendant lv 46 (assault version).
U can reach near 1k dmg.

Fang farming is what people do to earn gold nowadays. Usually I would recommend to the Arcane Ring first to safe ankhs, but there are efficient methods to farm fangs without using ankhs at all atm.
So here is my suggestion:
1. Nekro
2. Glintstone Reason/Willpower Gun
-> farm fangs and buy an Arcane Ring next

Hi I would buy a Nekro, mythic belt, arcane ring, and legendary lvl 46 gear. You can farm most maps fairly easily with these while you work towards mythic gear :)
