At 55, yes. Of course, it wouldn't be all that effective.

i just want it for like chilling in town cause to me its pretty legit except price on that gear is like 300k or less maybe 250k plus the low lvl pinks to boost stats and stuff lol wo it might be pricey

nope hes using cosmos if you take bear and click preview in cs rhen it shows same pattern :) if im wrong im wrong but i just checked so i might be right lol

i saw a 56 with mega mage wand and some shield idk if it was fury but it looked cool it was 161 str and 172 int was the stats when eveeything was equipped

This is what I call dual wielding. It is possible. Should be at level 51. I did the math at 50 with hate and death, seemed possible at 51. Should be the same with cosmos and rift, maybe 52.

Although it isn't very effective, I did the math a while back. Death set is more effective than dual wielding death and hate. It was effective on my lv 19 dex/int bear twink way back when, also is with brain freeze and iceberg shield, however at end levels where there are set bonuses, it isn't a great set up for PvE, just for town.

Coolest look IMO is hate shield or community shield, lightning wand of mastery or mojo wand, vyxnaar helm, and voodoo robe x)
