how rare is it to get pink items?

okay I have been playing the game for 1 week, got up to lvl 35, and found 2 pink color items so far.

Is it that hard to find pink items? Do you guys find pink items that hard too?

It really depends on the pinks... some drop almost every run, others are extremely elusive.

It depends on what map and... On your luck. AO maps seem to drop most of the (cheapest) pinks. While the sewers seem to have a very very low pink drop rate. But, as said, it depends on your luck too. I see some people complaining sometimes about not getting a pink drop in the sewers for 3 days. It usually takes me WEEKS before I get one, and I'm such a heavy farmer that my friends call me a cow. I went from 55-56 on my Mage, without elix, with 1 worthless pink drop. That's the reason I started merchanting, so I could buy all the pink items I want. But, then again, you need some luck in here too.

In ao3 theres about 1-7 pink drops per run depending on what ur doing maybe more plasma pyramid has some. U get 7 if u are very very very lucky.

I had one day where I got 1-2 pinks each run (lower level, so no ao3 yet)... then 2 days with nothing.

As Otukara said, some pinks are worthless and sell for like 400 gold each and others like the sewer pinks fetch 700-800k, it totally depends on what pinks you have.
