This is regarding the cost of Vampirical Visage after you've changed to a new face and wants to change it back on

This is how it looks when u have vamprical visage on, it says it costs 20 story tokes to get it

however, After you changed your face but decided to you vamprical visage again, it says it costs 15 plats.

So now we can see after face change the story token booth says differently, it cost 15 plats to change it back

Sts, can you please help her resolve this issue because she used plats to purchase the face and now you want her to purchase the face back with plats again?

Even if plats are required to purchase the face again, it should have been stated on the face change screen before one changes their face and not after they changed their face making them regret their decision, please look into this issue asap

I purchased the vampire face twice with event tokens and its still not unlocked.

They have to be unlocked permanently. Like if we want to change face anytime without spending tokens/plats.

I am shocked at this as well when I wanted to use the Vampirial Visage but says I have to buy it with 15 plats :(

The problem has been fixed! Vamprical visage will now be available for 20 story tokens for those who had unlocked it :)

Good, it got fixed. A little strange for it to be 15 plat, especially when all the faces are bought with story tokens. What I hate is that, when I bought the face, it changed it automatically so I didn't have a choice to want to buy it or not. It said it'd unlock it for use at the Magic Mirror, not change it :bull_head: Well, I'm too lazy to change it anyway.
